The cottage is a very simple but elegant 1 bedroom house, upstairs on a steep and twisting staircase there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath, sink, and toilet.

The downstairs area has a sitting room with the dining area included that seats up to 4 people. Along with that the kitchen and the utility room leads out to the back garden through the conservatory.

The sitting room has a large dining table and chairs, 2 seated sofa, armchairs, a TV, DVD, radio and CD player, a stove and a book cabinet.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, alarm clock and a TV.

The kitchen has a washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, iron & ironing board and an electric cooker with a halogen hob and oven.
